Cancellation Policy

Violet’s Vibes Massage & Collective Healing Appointment & Cancellation Policy: At Violet’s Vibes, a goal to provide every client with exceptional service and a relaxing experience is at the utmost core. To ensure that appointments are managed efficiently and that all clients receive the care they deserve, please review the following policies: Appointment Arrival: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be denied service to avoid disruption to other appointments. In such cases, the security deposit will be forfeited. 24 Hour Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel within this timeframe, or failure to show without notice (no-call, no-show), will result in being charged the full service amount. Deposits & Payments A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking (excluding 30-minute sessions then it is $25). The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost, with the remaining balance due at your appointment. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, you remain responsible for the full balance of the booked service, even if treatment was not performed. Purpose of These Policies: These policies are in place to ensure that scheduling runs smoothly and that I can continue providing quality care to all clients.
